Main Graphics was founded in 1988 to publish books of artwork and to provide commercial design and printing services for residents of Urbana, Ohio and surrounding areas.
At our start, offset printing presses and bindery equipment filled more than half of our 6,500 square foot building (the former Murphy's 5 and 10 store). The second-story was converted to an apartment and custom framing workshop. Main Graphics quickly drew a strong customer base and began publishing a number of books, including the History of Champaign County, A Light in the Sky and the Ray Crain book series. As our reputation grew, so did the need to provide the newest and most advanced printing technologies.
In the early 90's, Main Graphics evaluated changes within the industry, ceased use of offset equipment and moved to digital printing. The new mode of production helped to streamline operations and improve service, our foremost priority.
Today, our company offers a diverse range of services, including full-color printing, copy services, engineering prints, graphic design, marketing services, web design and more. Our goal is to delight our customers with high-quality design and printing as well as fast, personable and affordable service. We enjoy the challenges our customers provide and work hard to satisfy each and every need brought to our counter.
